Quality You Can Receive Dock-to-Stock

At the core of our values, we commit to protecting your supply chain. We invested in the equipment, people, and processes to create a standard of due diligence rigorous enough that you can skip re-inspecting our work - and audit every claim below.

The Journey of a Part

Five Gates Between the Market and Your Line

Every part runs the same controlled, documented gates your own incoming inspection would. That discipline is why customers receive Omega shipments dock-to-stock - without re-inspecting our work.

We Verify a Part Is Good - Down to the Die

A label and a datasheet can be faked. The inside of a package can't. Every lot is sampled per our AS6081 plan and inspected from the packaging down to the silicon - and the centerpiece is real-time X-ray, a non-destructive scan that lets us see inside the component without ever touching the part you'll receive.

check_circleDie present, correct size and position - the fastest way to catch blanks, remarked, or recycled parts
check_circleWire bonds complete and intact - bond pattern compared against the OCM reference
check_circleLead-frame integrity - no cracks, voids, or delamination inside the package
check_circleLot consistency - parts across the lot match each other; mixed or salvaged lots stand out immediately

It ships with a Certificate of Conformance, date codes, and the full lab test report - including X-ray images on request.

Lot fails

The lot is quarantined, a SCAR is opened with the source, and the vendor is re-scored on the AVL. Suspect counterfeit parts are disposed of - never resold.

Approved Vendor Discipline

We don't buy from the open market on faith. Every supplier is qualified and classified on a traffic-light Approved Vendor List - and re-scored on performance, so the riskier the part, the more rigor it gets.

Preferred - first call, proven on quality & delivery
Acceptable - qualified, used with added verification
Risk - restricted or removed pending corrective action

Closed-Loop Corrective Action

If anything is ever out of spec, you don't get an apology - you get a documented SCAR: root cause, containment, and corrective action in writing, with the supplier's AVL status adjusted accordingly.
