We Verify a Part Is Good - Down to the Die
A label and a datasheet can be faked. The inside of a package can't. Every lot is sampled per our AS6081 plan and inspected from the packaging down to the silicon - and the centerpiece is real-time X-ray, a non-destructive scan that lets us see inside the component without ever touching the part you'll receive.

It ships with a Certificate of Conformance, date codes, and the full lab test report - including X-ray images on request.
The lot is quarantined, a SCAR is opened with the source, and the vendor is re-scored on the AVL. Suspect counterfeit parts are disposed of - never resold.
Approved Vendor Discipline
We don't buy from the open market on faith. Every supplier is qualified and classified on a traffic-light Approved Vendor List - and re-scored on performance, so the riskier the part, the more rigor it gets.
Closed-Loop Corrective Action
If anything is ever out of spec, you don't get an apology - you get a documented SCAR: root cause, containment, and corrective action in writing, with the supplier's AVL status adjusted accordingly.
